First off, I just want to say that traffic in the Philippines is really bad. I mean, it’s really, really bad. I don’t know how else to say it. It’s just bad. And I don’t know what else to say. It’s just bad.
It’s so fucked up. Waking up every morning, you have to prepare for at least 2 hours, just to get to work.
When after work, you have to prepare for another 2 hours just to get home.
It’s literally wasting 4 hours of your day,`
And the worst part is, you can’t even use that time productively. You’re just stuck in traffic,
Watching TikTok, FB and IG reels while sitting on overcrowded jeepneys or buses.
For the past years, I’m this type of person that chills about most the things. But now? Hell, my patience are really tested.
And it’s sad compared to our neighoring countries, they are progressive in terms of transportation. While us, we’re still struggling to fix this issue.
AND IT’S BEEN FUCKING YEARS!
As a kid, and as an adult. Nothing changes mannnn. It’s frustrating.. I feel the pain writing this shit. They need to do something man. Our taxes goes to nothing. For what?
I just hope they fix this soon. Because every filipino going through this shit deserves BETTER!!!!
